Miss Eva L. Norris, 73, of Lakeland, Fla., a former Danville resident, died at 4:20 p.m. yesterday (Sept. 26, 1966) in St. Elizabeth Hospital where she had been a patient one week. She had been visiting a niece, Mrs. Ruth Fox of 37 Pennsylvania, the past four months. She formerly resided in Danville until 1962 when she moved to Florida. Born Aug. 2, 1893, in Fountain County, Ind., she was a daughter of William and Emma Lansdown Barton. She was preceded in death by two brothers. Miss Norris was a member of the Methodist Church. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Johnson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Oliver Kelly officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park. Friends will be received at the funeral home 7-9 tonight and Wednesday. --typed by Walt W
